PROP 8 LOVE STORIES
As Told by the Couples Living Them
Brian Bryson (Petaluma River Anthology, The Habit Project) returns to our Young Rep program to create another captivating social theater project. Actors ages 10 to 17 will interview four same gender couples & four mixed gender couples to share the story of how they met, the moment of epiphany when each realized the other was “the one” for them, the hardships they’ve endured, their secrets to success, and the funny stories along the way.
Each young actor will portray the person they interviewed, word for word, drawing their portrayal from careful observation of their subject’s vocal rhythms and physical mannerisms.
