Eat Pray Laugh: Jewish princess seeks Indian guru for one life stand
Winner of the San Francisco Fringe Festival’s Best of the Fringe and Best Female Solo Performer Awards for her first solo show in 2008, Alicia’s turn to solo performance two years ago has gone well. She performed standup comedy for over a decade, sharing the stage with brilliant, talented performers such as Bill Santiago, Eugene Mirman, Arj Barker, W. Kamau Bell, Vanda Mikoloski, and Amy Stiller. Alicia has been a regular at Cobb’s Comedy Club and The Punch Line in San Francisco, and has performed at The Improv and the Knitting Factory in Hollywood, as well as Gotham Comedy Club and Ha in New York and Gut Rocking Comedy in London. She also has published a hilarious self-help book, Getting Shit Done, hosted a show on Pirate Cat Radio, and started a circus called The Latest Show on Earth, which toured nationally. Straight Outta ‘Nap Town
Diane is a local actress and comedian who, for the past 15 years, has been The Pine Sol Lady in their national commercials. She has appeared in the films Nine Months, Copycat, Angels in the Outfield, EDTV, and Twisted with Samuel Jackson and Ashley Judd. Diane was a semi-finalist in Star Search; was on A& E’s Evening at The Improv, Lifetime’s Girls’ Night Out, and Comedy Central’s Women Aloud; and was a winner on Wheel of Fortune, $25,000 Pyramid, and Super Password.
