'Most Happy' show
"Run, don't walk,
to see Cinnabar's excellent production of this

'Happy Fella' looks good,
sounds great
"Cinnabar's production,
with stage direction by Barbara Heroux and music
direction by Nina Shuman, literally sounds wonderful.
As its lead character, an Italian immigrant vintner
from Napa named Tony, would say: 'It looks-a
pretty good, too.' ". Read it here...
Dan Taylor, Press Democrat, September 23, 2005

It’s the Napa Valley sometime ago. Tony, a middle-aged vineyard owner, has friends, family and his work. In fact, everything a fella needs to call himself happy… except the love of a good woman. Then he spies Rosabella, a young San Francisco waitress. Afraid she couldn’t love him as the man he is, Tony proposes by mail, setting into motion one of the most moving and beautifully crafted American musicals ever written. Featured songs include "Standing on the Corner (Watching All the Girls Go By)", "Big D", "Warm All Over", "My Heart Is So Full Of You" and "Please Let Me Tell You".
