Shana Ray was born in South Lake Tahoe but raised in Windsor. She was a part of the first graduating class of Windsor High, and after high school she moved down to San Diego to enjoy the sun and to travel. However, she missed the small town feel of any Sonoma County town so she moved back a year ago to go back to school.

While studying marketing at the Santa Rosa Junior College, Shana took on an internship at Cinnabar to help bulk up her resume. She took on various activities like stuffing envelopes and filing, but also was able to learn how to do the fun stuff like how to write a press release and how to throw an opening night gala.

She has helped plan and decorate the last three Galas and plans on helping out with even more. While working at Cinnabar she was introduced to a whole different world of art and was able to see her first Opera (and even enjoyed it!)

She plans on raising a family here in Sonoma County someday and hopes to send her children to Cinnabar's classes!
